2. Overview
Protecting your personal data matters to us. This website is a purely informational page about the TuneHelper app. We collect as little data as possible: no cookies are set, and no tracking, analytics or advertising services are used.
3. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by an external provider: ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. When you access the pages, the host automatically collects and stores information in server log files that your browser transmits: IP address (usually shortened/anonymised), date and time of access, the file/URL requested, volume of data transferred, browser type and version, operating system and referrer URL. This data is not merged with other sources. Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the technically error-free and secure operation of the website); where required, a data-processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) is in place with the host.
4. Fonts (self-hosted)
This website uses only fonts stored locally on the server. No connection is made to third-party servers (e.g. Google Fonts); no data is transmitted to third parties for this purpose.
5. No cookies, no tracking
We do not set cookies and do not use any web-analytics, tracking or advertising services. No profiling takes place.
6. The TuneHelper app
The app itself does not collect, store or transmit any personal data. All settings are stored locally on your device only. There are no user accounts, no cloud sync and no analytics. For data related to the app download, see the privacy information of the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play).
7. Your rights
You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR). To exercise these, contact the address above.
8. Right to lodge a complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority, in particular in the member state of your residence, place of work or the place of the alleged infringement.
9. SSL/TLS encryption
For security reasons this site uses SSL/TLS encryption, recognisable by “https://” in your browser's address bar.
